This article will discuss the two operating systems from Lexus on the 2012-2015 Lexus GS and the implications. This is only important for 2012-2015 Lexus GS Conversion Kit (Replacement Screen) customers.
For 2012-2015 Lexus shipped two operating system versions in the Lexus GS. If you order a Lexus GS Hamilton Conversion Kit, Hamilton will ask you to confirm which one you had in your car.
Both use the same OS and MCU version. The CAN version is different for the two.
Option A: "Base" Lexus GS 2012-2015 OS (CAN Version LXV243 as of 10/25/25)
Option B: "Premium/F-Sport" Lexus GS 2012-2015 OS (CAN Version GSB253 as of 10/25/25)

Hamilton Customer Support will confirm which version you have prior to shipping and make sure you get a device with the correct software. If you selected the wrong one, you can adjust it with Hamilton Customer Support remotely.
